Working Together

At Communication First, we believe that there are three primary stages to achieving a successful web presence: Planning, Development, Nurturing.  Many website design and strategy companies are focused on the second, the Development stage, assuming the client will handle the first and third stages on their own. We work closely with you to ensure all three stages are fully realized.  We can do this in several ways.

The Planning Stage

In the Planning Stage, we serve as consultants to make sure your plan is realistic, reflects the needs of your organization, and can assure long-term success. We ensure that you define what you are trying to communicate online to your audience and what the best tools are to accomplish this goal. 

The Development Stage

In this stage, we manage your website project, based on the plan we've created together.  We team with partners when needed to provide you the best results possible. In this process; your role is to review the design and functionality to make sure it meets your expectations.

The Nurturing Stage

The “final” stage – and one that never ends -- is the ongoing management and further development of the web presence.   At Communication First we provide website management and online communication training for your staff or volunteers. Depending on the abilities of your staff, your organization can eventually take on full responsibility of the site, or share some of those responsibilities with Communication First.
